Fulfillment Policy

Processing: We will endeavor to always ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. There are occasional times when we are unavailable—please look for an announcement on the web page to see when shipping may be delayed.

Colors: Colors on the internet will vary somewhat due to your monitor. To avoid disappointment, first take note of the color names to provide clues to the actual color. If you require an exact match or compatibility with another fiber or object, please send us a sample so we can choose for you.

Dye Lots: We will make every effort to send all matching dye lots. These are discontinued yarns, however, and we cannot guarantee to have stock in only one dye lot for each yarn. In some cases of variegated and novelty yarns, dye lot is not an issue, and for many hand-dyed yarns every skein is different. What we will guarantee is that we will personally inspect every non-matching dye lot for visual match, and we will handle each of these cases with you individually. We will contact you if there is a major issue with dye lots.

Shipping: You have the option of free shipping for any order within the USA, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses. This option is delivery by US Postal Service, typically first class, parcel select, or media mail depending on the item. Delivery can take from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on distance and the mail class. Faster delivery options and private carrier options are available, but you will be charged the actual cost for these choices. All international shipments are delivered via USPS Global Mail, and are not eligible for free shipping.

Availability: We strive to have our inventory accurate at all times. However, even the best practices cannot prevent errors occasionally. If we cannot fulfill all of your order, we may cancel portions of the order and refund your payment method. Alternatively, we may contact you to see if you would like to substitute another color or yarn.

Returns: Please contact us by email or phone before returning merchandise. We will accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged merchandise within 60 days of purchase. We will issue store credit in the amount of purchase. We cannot refund shipping charges, sorry. In the case of defective merchandise, we will work with you to replace it or find an acceptable substitute.
